Critique

I just love the way this photo was taken. the fact that they used another photo in a photo is great and very creative not very original but very creative. The way that the room is all very empty and white makes it very uninteresting and just makes your eye just zoom right into the photo of the girl, and the way the girls body is blurred just adds more to their effect. In my opinion I would of made the photo of the girls upper body match more with the lower part to make it connect more better.

Gallery Walk

I really like Paige's photograph, because it was just very professional like. The way the cave sort of tunneled away was very amazing. The colors and light that was already provided in the environment was fantastic. The only bad thing about it was the people standing at the end of the tunnel, I don't know what's with them I just think that it takes away the ambience.

5 Photographs

I like this picture, because of the colors and the angle. Not many snakes are photographed mid-strike head on. I think it's really amazing to even capture this amazing angle.

I like this picture, because of the dirtiness of it and the very bright saturated colors. It sort of conveys how machinery does all our dirty work.
I absolutely love this picture due to the fact that it shows a nicer more cuddly side of rats. The soft color tones make me feel calm. Most of the time people convey rats as sort of dirty creatures that carry diseases while here they are just a couple of loving pets
This very cute picture of a hamster is just perfect. The way the hamster looks and the warm tones make it seem like the most lovable animal ever. I have actually had some experience taking pictures of hamsters and I myst say getting a hamster to stay still for a second is very challenging.
This amazing photograph of woodland is very dynamic. The sun peaking out of the trees making a fantastic glare make it seem almost like a dream.

About Me

Alrighty then, my name is Alexis Garcia , but you may call me Lexi I respond to both with no problem. I am an artist that LOVES to draw animals and monsters, mainly dragons though. Uhh I have 2 pet rats and 1 chubby hamster. Ever since I got them I have always loved to take pictures of them and then I decided maybe I could go professional with them, but I had no experience with cameras The only thing I knew about hem were just how to turn them on and take a picture and nothing more. Sooo When I had the chance to take photography I grabbed it. I also need photo taking skills for my career which is to be a concept artist for video game companies. A couple of thing I like to take pictures of are of course my pets and animals, environments/scenery, and mechanical stuff whenever I get to see it.
